The "Patrimonio" and "Désert des Agriates" villas are ideal for holidays with family or friends, with all the amenities to satisfy your desires and all the equipment to delight you (see the complete list below).

Located between the sea and the mountains, one of the villas bears the name “Patrimonio” in reference to the now very famous neighboring Corsican vineyard, which you can quickly access to taste delicious products (in moderation!).

The clayey schist on a limestone subsoil, the protection from the wind provided by the neighboring mountains and a very old know-how allows the production of very high quality wines.

For your walks, walks or excursions, we will be happy to advise you and indicate our good addresses. When you stay there, you can enjoy the private terrace, a large swimming pool shared with the adjoining villa "Désert des Agriates" (the villas are separated by a vault).

You can enjoy the joys of barbecue while feasting on a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains.

The second villa bears the name “Désert des Agriates” which evokes this very close micro-region of Corsica and which will delight you with its paradisiacal beaches.

Between Balagne and Cap Corse, nothing really desert but on the contrary a beautiful and still wild nature, composed of olive trees, heather, holm oaks and myrtles.

Beach, walks or cultural excursions, you will be spoiled for choice, unless you prefer to enjoy your private terrace, a large swimming pool shared with the adjoining villa "Villa Patrimonio" (the villas are separated by a vault).

Of course, the joys of a good barbecue are also on the program, and the magnificent sea and mountain views will only increase your pleasure. Our villas await you for a dream vacation!
